At Bazaarlootlo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 10-day money-back guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 10 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as you received it
  • Be in the original packaging, including all tags, labels, and any included accessories

Certain items may be exempt from returns, such as perishable goods, intimate apparel, or clearance items. Please check the product description before purchasing.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization and further instructions.
  3. Shipping: You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund after this, please contact us at info@bazaarlootlo.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at info@bazaarlootlo.com with the details of your issue.
